Why I love NSC: NSC is where 90% of my friends came from. The more friends you make, the smaller the university appears to be. Aside from that, NSC is where all the magic happens for academics behind-the-scenes. From the BSA to town halls, we try to help out all students in their academic endeavors! That's not to say we don't help out around the community. Young Scientists is a great way to get involved with working with kids in the Austin community and a great way to get some community service hours. NSC just has something for everyone and has definitely played a pivotal role in my time here at UT.
